The short version
If the product is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one. You do not need to justify the request.
How to request one
Email brij@brijraj.tech from the address you used to buy, or use the refund option in your Gumroad receipt. Refunds are processed through Gumroad and returned to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
Why the policy is this simple
These are downloadable documents, so there is no way to take them back. The policy is written on the assumption that people are honest. If it turns out the product genuinely does not suit how you work, keeping your money is not a good trade for either of us.
The free Starter Kit
The Starter Kit costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you would like your details removed from the record, email brij@brijraj.tech.
Statutory rights
Depending on where you live, you may have consumer rights in addition to this policy. Nothing here limits them.
