This policy explains what BrijRaj.Tech collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Brij Raj Singh, trading as BrijRaj.Tech. For any privacy question, or to ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, email brij@brijraj.tech.
What is collected
When you submit the challenge form
Your name, email address, role, and — if you choose to give them — your company and mobile number, together with what you write in the free-text fields. This is stored on this website and used to reply to you and to understand which problems come up most often. It is not sold or shared.
When you request the Starter Kit or buy a product
Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad, which acts as an independent controller of the data you give it, including your email address and payment details. Payment card details are never seen by, or stored on, this website. Gumroad’s own privacy policy governs that processing.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how pages are found and used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which calls to action are clicked. It is only ever used in aggregate.
Analytics cookies are switched off until you agree to them. On your first visit you are asked, and until you accept, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied — no analytics cookie or identifier is written to your device. Declining costs you nothing: every part of this site works identically either way.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage for 180 days, and you can change it whenever you like using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Browser tracking protection and analytics-blocking extensions also work normally here.
Technical logs
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Legal basis and retention
Form submissions are processed on the basis of your consent, which you give with the tick box on the form, and which you may withdraw at any time by emailing brij@brijraj.tech. Purchase records are kept because they are needed for tax and accounting. Submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for product research, and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email brij@brijraj.tech and you will get a reply.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies at all, and no cookies of any kind are set for analytics unless you have accepted them.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell one visit apart from another. If you decline, it does not. Two things are stored regardless, because the site cannot work sensibly without them: your consent choice itself, and — only if you log in as an administrator — a WordPress session cookie.
Campaign parameters from links you follow (for example from LinkedIn) are held for the length of your visit only, so a purchase or enquiry can be attributed to the channel that sent you. They are cleared when you close the tab.
