An end-to-end digital platform for wedding and event management, combining a customer-facing website, CMS and operational systems to coordinate venues, catering, guests, activities and event requirements from one place. The CMS lets the business manage site content and event information directly.
Acadmo
Education & AI
A live education platform offering programmes for students and teachers, focused on AI, technology and future-readiness. It diagnoses school readiness across six pillars, then sequences the work through a four-phase model and a five-level readiness index.

HRSaathi
Fragmented and manual HR operations made day-to-day employee and HR-process management inefficient for SMEs. I led product direction and system design for a centralized HRMS SaaS platform covering employee management, attendance, leave, payroll/HR processes and related workflows — reducing dependency on spreadsheets and disconnected manual processes.
Marketonics
Businesses needed scalable customer engagement, lead follow-up and support without continuously increasing manual effort or headcount. I contributed product direction, solution architecture, automation strategy, AI workflow design and technical delivery across RAG-based chatbots, an AI voice/calling agent, AI-assisted customer support, WhatsApp automation and automated engagement workflows integrated with marketing and business processes.

UK Wine Retailer — E-commerce Re-platform
A legacy WordPress commerce setup was becoming unsuitable for a complex, growing operation. I led technical/product delivery and re-architecture of the e-commerce platform, coordinating the migration from WordPress to Magento and the integration architecture required to support a more scalable commerce operation.
